House Pool at Önegården Preschool

Önegården is a preschool with 72 children. Our preschool is an inspiring workplace where we focus on the child. Everyone should feel participation, responsibility, respect, and safety. We have a language-developing approach at the preschool and take our roles as adult role models seriously. Together we can make a difference every day.

Your New Job

As a childcare worker, you work to promote children's development and learning. Together with your colleagues, you help create a safe and educational environment for the children. You will be flexible in your employment and be part of the house pool across all preschool departments.

Common Tasks

  • Promote children's development and participate in teaching
  • Participate in various activities
  • Responsible for collaborating and communicating with guardians
  • Participate in pedagogical development work
  • Participate in documenting the pedagogical work

Your Competence

  • Trained childcare worker or have other education that the employer assesses as equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

  • You have good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and can implement these in daily work.
  • Previous work experience is an advantage.
