JOB DESCRIPTION

We can offer you a creative and meaningful job as a substitute at our preschools. As an employee in the Staffing Unit, you have the opportunity to influence when you want to work. The Staffing Unit supports the municipality's operations with substitutes. You are responsible for entering your availability in our booking system, and we will book you via SMS. The exact times you will work will vary and are often determined with short notice. We are primarily looking for someone who can work from December to April, preferably at least 50%.

You are expected to perform the daily tasks usually carried out by absent regular staff. The main task is to create a preschool that provides children with opportunities and conditions to learn together in a creative environment. Your responsibility is to offer good care and ensure the children's safety in daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in children and their development. You have a positive attitude where enthusiasm and curiosity for learning are a given. As a person, you should be easy to collaborate with and contribute to a positive work climate and an effective work group. You have the ability to create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

If you have experience and/or education in childcare, it is an advantage. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

To work in environments where children are present, you must present a valid extract from the criminal record, which can be ordered from polisen.se, before employment can begin.

OTHER
