Family Therapist on Temporary Contract and Fixed-Term Employment

About the Position

As a family therapist, you will work closely with children, parents, and networks focusing on interaction, attachment, and change processes in daily life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting structured family conversations and therapeutic interventions
• Working both in residents' families' homes and in our facilities
• Mainly working weekdays during office hours, but the work is adapted to the families' needs, and some duties will also occur in the early mornings/evenings.
• Collaborating with other social services, schools, child health care, preschools, and other stakeholders
• Performing ongoing documentation and follow-up according to applicable legislation
• Contributing to method development and quality work within the organization

Requirements

• Experience in family work/family therapy
• Degree in social work or preschool education (or other education deemed equivalent by the employer)
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation in operational systems
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Driving license (B)

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of interaction and attachment, preferably with experience in evidence-based methods
