Do you want to help develop our Staffing Pool project?

Our mission is to provide staffing during acute and planned absences in preschools.

Your new job

We are looking for you who are a preschool teacher or have an interest in working as a pool in preschools, have a driver's license and access to your own car, and who sees a great challenge in a flexible working method.

You should be confident in your professional role, actively want to develop your role, and be able to work both independently and in a team.

10 positions at 100%, or more if part-time is desired.

Temporary employment until 30/6 with the possibility of extension.

Positions with day shifts 80-100% Monday to Friday.

Common tasks

Replace regular staff in preschools during absences or when there is an increased need. Promote children's development and participate in teaching, as well as help, guide, and support in everyday situations. Lead and participate in various activities. Be responsible for collaborating with other staff.

You will be placed in a geographical area but may be booked at all of the municipality's preschools as needed.

Qualifications

Preschool teacher education or experience working in preschools. You should have experience in the profession and be confident in your role. You should have good collaboration skills, be able to work independently, be flexible, have the ability to meet new situations and people in a good way, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A driver's license and access to a car are required.

Salary according to applicable agreements, salary supplements for those working in rural areas.

If you have been employed within the Department of Education before, we will take references from your previous manager before the recruitment process begins.

The recruitment process

In this recruitment, we will ask you for an extract from the criminal record and the suspicion register.

Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis. We want you to attach your CV and cover letter to your application. Grades/certificates do not need to be sent in. We will ask you to provide these if it becomes relevant for an interview.
