We are looking for a Dormitory Manager for Torsta AB's student accommodation in Ås!

Torsta AB offers accommodation for high school students during the school year (Sunday–Friday), an important alternative for those who have a long commute. At the dormitory, young people from different backgrounds meet, which often contributes to personal development, community, and lifelong memories. As a dormitory manager, you are responsible for order and comfort in the accommodation.

You handle applications and room allocations for the school year, manage key handling, and are a present adult in daily life. You have dinner with the students, plan evening activities, and organize tutoring as needed. You actively work to create safety, community, and good structure. You should have an open attitude characterized by respect, acceptance, and responsiveness.

Working hours and extent:

· Holiday position with a scope of 85 percent. · Working hours are scheduled: Mon-Thu 14:30-22:00, and Sun 18:00-22:00. During holidays, working hours are scheduled during the day.

Qualifications

· Proficient in the Swedish language in speech and writing

· Good computer skills

· Driver's license B category

Desirable skills/education

Completed/ongoing leisure leader education, pedagogical education, or equivalent

· Experience working with youth

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Start date

May 4 or by agreement.
