Permanent Position and Substitute Role

There is now finally a permanent position of at least 76.5% available with me, and a substitute position as needed.

About the Position and Substitute Role:

I am now looking for a calm and secure assistant for a permanent position and a substitute, who wants to become an important part of my daily life and a colleague in my pleasant assistance group. I organize my own assistance, which means that I am your direct employer and that we together design the work to fit my lifestyle and needs. My wish is that you are attentive, flexible, and punctual to fit into the workgroup and to create security in my assistance. The personal chemistry, that we enjoy being together, is the most important.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily Support: I use a wheelchair and need help with personal care, training, activities, and all household tasks.
• Important: The work normally does not involve heavy lifting. Long walks are part of the daily routine.
• Pets: Pets are present in the home.

Requirements for the Position:

• Driver's License B and own car: A requirement to perform the job, you who apply for the position should have no problem with us traveling in your car to healthcare, work, and activities, etc.
• Language: Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing for us to be able to communicate.
