About her:

She is a cheerful and playful girl who enjoys being at school and in after-school care. Music, crafts, and play are her favorite activities! To make her daily life work, she needs support in all aspects, such as personal hygiene, dressing, communication, meals, exercise, and care.

She appreciates when fun activities are planned together, but also when there is a safe and stable person by her side.

About you:

We are looking for a woman with a warm and positive personality. You are self-assured, patient, and can handle different situations with calmness and flexibility.

You find it easy to connect with others, are attentive, and sensitive to the needs of others. Being able to share yourself and have a good sense of humor is a great asset in this job.

The girl has double assistance, which means you will work alongside a colleague. At the same time, it is important that you feel comfortable working independently when the situation requires it.

We would like you to:

• Have a driver's license
• Be available to travel for work
• Enjoy working both in a team and independently

As a personal assistant, you will:

• Support in all daily activities, both at home, school, and during leisure time
• Ensure that daily routines are carried out in a safe and structured manner
• Provide care and support in various situations
• Participate in play, activities, and exercise
• Contribute to a safe, fun, and meaningful daily life
• Perform certain documentation

It is a merit if you have experience with tube feeding and assistive devices.

Working hours:

The position involves both day and night work (awake night). Double assistance occurs both during the day and at night.

The shifts are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00–19:00
• 19:00–07:00

About the positions

We are looking for two assistants:

• One day position (90%) – start immediately
• One night position (97.5%) – start May 1, 2026

About us:

A-Assistans Leimir AB is a private company that provides personal assistance to those entitled to assistance throughout the country. We have about 600 personal assistants employed. Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is to enable our clients to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Vacation, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are included according to agreements. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
