JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Education in preschool is the first step for children in the educational chain and is an important part of laying the foundation for children's continued development and learning. We are looking for engaged staff for Ockelbo Preschool who want to help create the best conditions for children's development.

As a substitute in preschool, you will replace regular staff at short notice during their absence. The work involves pedagogical work in groups of children aged 1-5 years at our 4 preschool units. This means that the workplace and working hours may vary depending on the needs of the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have education in pedagogy and/or previous experience in pedagogical work or working with children. You are driven by the opportunity to give children the best start they can have based on each individual's circumstances and needs.

You are open, proactive, and have an easy time communicating with children, colleagues, and guardians. Since communication is crucial for success in this position, it is a requirement that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are responsible and have a good ability to plan, organize, and collaborate to achieve the best possible results.

A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

A criminal record extract is required upon employment.
