About me:

I am a nearly 18-year-old guy living with my mom and younger brother in Gävle. I have personal assistance around the clock, which means I can live like others, spend time with my family, pursue my interests, take care of myself, and of course much more. I work at a daily activity center during the day. I enjoy going for walks, swimming, hanging out with friends, participating in various activities, and chilling in front of the TV in my free time.

About you:

Are you caring, patient, and possess a sensitivity when it comes to understanding that you are assisting me in my life? You are a woman or man with good physical fitness, have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and secure in yourself. You do not use perfume or other strongly scented products while working with me. You do not smoke while assisting me. You speak good Swedish as I will need you to communicate in both writing and speech. Being detail-oriented and having a sense for details are two qualities I appreciate. Cleaning, shopping, and everything that comes with life is of course part of your duties. So are my close personal needs. Experience with stoma care, tube feeding, and autism is a plus. You must also like children, as a big brother I sometimes want to hang out with my brother. Does this sound interesting? Then I hope to see you!

The position:

You will work a few fixed shifts each month, and there is also the possibility of extra shifts as needed. With me, you work days, evenings, and nights. To be employed, you must present valid ID, any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden, and a police record extract. This can be ordered at www.polisen.se (www.polisen.se).
