Summer Substitute as Personal Assistant

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and interested in working as a personal assistant in our care unit.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will provide support, care, and assistance to individuals in their daily lives, both at home and during various activities as well as at the workplace. Assistants are recruited based on the needs and wishes of the users, and we place great importance on personal suitability. The current user is interested in cars, computers, technology, and nature. The user prefers staff with similar interests.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, calm, and attentive. A requirement is that you are smoke-free and have a B driver's license.

Qualifications

To thrive with us, you should have a genuine interest in working with people, be flexible, responsible, attentive to others' needs, have good service skills, and the ability to collaborate. We would prefer that you have some form of healthcare education.

Previous experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement.

Since documentation and communication are part of your job responsibilities, it is important that you master the Swedish language very well in both spoken and written form.

Conditions

Working hours vary between day and evening shifts, and the schedule includes both weekdays and weekends.

The positions are located in Alfta.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the positions may be filled during the application period.
