JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission as a family therapist is to work with youth and family behavior patterns and relationships to ensure the youth's home environment and living conditions in the long term. - You are expected to work flexibly with both conversations and practical tasks, both at the workplace and in other arenas such as schools, homes, or wherever the youth and family feel most comfortable.
- Being part of larger collaborative contexts is a common task where it sometimes includes being responsible for leading these conversations and sometimes participating more as support for the youth and family.
- Great emphasis is placed on involving the youth, families, and their networks in the change process and collaborating with others.

- A degree in social work, or another academic degree such as educational orientation or other academic education that the employer deems relevant for the position (e.g., behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, psychologist).
- Experience in treatment work with youth and families and knowledge of systemic approaches, network work, and attachment.
- A strong interest and commitment to meeting youth in their context and also the ability and habit of including the youth's parents and network in the work.
- Good documentation skills, as a family therapist you are required to document your work in treatment journals and implementation plans.
- A valid driver's license and driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a good ability to use a computer and phone in your work.
We consider it an advantage if you are multilingual and have knowledge of the operational system Treserva and the working models Signs of Safety and BBIC.
To succeed and thrive in the position, you are a person who can take initiative in social contexts. You are good at creating dialogue and trusting relationships and driving processes. You enjoy collaborating and have an unpretentious attitude towards others. You are a confident and brave person who can distinguish between issues and individuals. You communicate clearly and trustworthily and adapt your actions and language according to the situation.
Your working style is characterized by good planning and organization. You have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use our resources in the best way to achieve results.
