Are you the assistant I am looking for?

Hello! I am a boy who is almost 4 years old, living in Gävle with my mom, dad, and older sister. I was born with brain damage, CP, and epilepsy, which means I need assistance around the clock. My assistants work different shifts, either morning, afternoon, or awake night.

I am very kind and sweet; many say I am a real charmer. Most of the time, I am at home during the day, and I have many aids that I need to be close to. However, I would love to take a walk in my stroller at some point during the day, so the person working with me should also enjoy that. Singing and music are also a big part of my everyday life; I love when my assistants sing to me, it’s fun when they share themselves.

If I am not at home, I am probably at the hospital; I usually spend a few days there each month, sometimes more and sometimes less. This means that the workplace is wherever I am.

The person who will work with me should be kind, respect that everyone can be different, and it would be good if you have experience with epilepsy. It is important that you are attentive, as it is still my mom and dad who decide over me (until I turn 18, they say…).

It is a requirement that you speak good Swedish, and I do not want you to smoke.

I am looking for assistants together with JA-assistans, which is a small company with about 15 clients. They have their office in Ockelbo.

The pay is hourly based on industry standards. OB compensation, vacation, and other benefits/conditions according to collective agreements. Paid introduction begins as agreed.
