You will be working with a girl who is soon turning 18 and lives in a house with her family. It is important that you have a genuine interest in the job as a personal assistant and an understanding of what the profession really entails, ensuring the customer remains at the center. Therefore, we are looking for an assistant who is self-assured, has a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, a calm demeanor, and an understanding of people with disabilities. Following routines is very important for this girl.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

You are a woman or man aged 19-25 years.

We prefer that you are smoke-free, ideally completely tobacco-free. It is important that you master the Swedish language very well, both in speech and writing. Since the family has pets, it is important that you have no allergies or fears of dogs.

As a person, you are responsible, calm, and prioritize your job, arriving on time. Of course, you can get sick like anyone else, but you cannot be someone who frequently misses planned work.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE:

As needed but can be extended over time to a permanent position on a scheduled basis. Working hours are during the day, evenings, and weekends.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Fixed base salary per hour + OB compensation. Collective agreement exists. Permanent employment with fair conditions. Of course, you will receive an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start working.

Being employed with us means security through the collective agreement Almega - Industry G, market salary, pension, and insurance coverage. Wellness allowance of up to 3000 SEK.
