The operation is located in a quiet area in Bomus in a thoughtfully chosen location. Within a few hundred meters, you have access to most services such as a health centre, pharmacy, dentist, shop, kiosk, parcel pickup, restaurant, and more. The staff primarily consists of employees with long experience, extensive knowledge, and high job satisfaction. Norra Järvstavägen is a well-functioning operation with good structure and routines. We actively work with nutrition and health issues for the individual residents and provide regular supervision and training. In recent user surveys, all individuals have stated that they are 100% satisfied.

Everyone living with us is offered individual support, service, and good care to live as independent a life as possible. The operation serves 6 individuals in personal group 1 and offers housing with special service according to Section 9, Chapter 9 of the LSS Act.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually adapted support to people with disabilities, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support individuals in their daily routines and activities based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, starting from each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for individuals to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective interaction to create security and predictability in the daily lives of the individuals. At the same time, we focus strongly on working professionally and efficiently within the operation's resources and budget. The operation's well-developed working methods place high demands on you as an employee to follow routines, your ability to work digitally, and your ability to express yourself structured in text. You work independently with your own areas of responsibility.

You are high-performing in everything you do, relationship-building, calm, stable, and able to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good cooperation skills, relate to others in a listening manner, and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
• Experience working in healthcare and social care.
• Upper secondary education (e.g., Child and Youth Programme, Care and Health Programme) or post-secondary education (e.g., support pedagog, social pedagog, or university education in a relevant field).
• Driver's license.

Meritorious if you additionally have:

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective interaction.
• Experience working with complex support needs.

Employment type: Permanent with probationary period
Work hours: Approx. 80 %
Working time: Day, evening, weekend with on-call duty (sleeping)
Start date: By agreement, we are positive if you can start soon.
Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
