RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an Alcohol and Drug Therapist for our operations at the Outpatient Unit for Adults. Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Work with psychosocial treatment based on evidence-based methods.
• You will work with individualized interventions, mostly in groups but also individually.
• Your work involves strengthening the client's resources where they are located and working towards set treatment goals, where documentation is also an important part of the work.
• You will be responsible for ongoing interventions through frequent follow-ups with case managers from our commissioners, such as the Investigation Unit for Adults within social services. Alternatively, with coordinators in cases where it is an intervention without needs assessment.
• Be involved in the development of our operations, where we want you to be interested and have good awareness of the outside world regarding research and development of work within addiction care.

You will have close cooperation with your colleagues at the unit, as well as close collaboration and cooperation with current case managers from the Investigation Unit for Adults and external commissioners such as Psychiatry, Healthcare, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, Probation Service, and Voluntary Organizations. QUALIFICATIONS

Formal Competencies:

• We are looking for you who are educated as an Alcohol and Drug Therapist, Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or have another comparable education, or alternatively, you have education in CBT, Behavioral Science, or Social Work combined with experience in addiction care.
• It is a requirement for the position that you have experience working therapeutically with addiction in groups.
• Category B driver's license and driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension.

It is meritorious for the position if you have experience and knowledge of any of the following methods, such as ASI, CBT, MI, CRA, AP, MET, HAP, 12 STEPS, psychiatry, and dual diagnosis.

• You communicate clearly, converse, and act trustworthily in different contexts.
• You adapt your language to different situations, purposes, and recipients.
• Having a non-hierarchical approach in your cooperation with others is a matter of course for you!

It is also meritorious if you have a good ability to structure your work, as well as understanding the benefit of systematic follow-up.

Your working style is characterized by having a good ability to plan and organize your work, you see what needs to be prioritized, and have the ability to find alternative solutions to emerging problems. For you, it is natural and obvious to adapt to different situations; you can change your perspective and approach after changed circumstances and needs - all based on the best interests of the clients.
