Description

We are looking for employees who put children and parents first, have good communication skills, and maintain a high level of service. Teaching should be conducted based on the preschool curriculum. It is meritorious if you have basic computer skills, are well-versed in the governing documents, and have the ability to put them into practice.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool assistant, you plan your work together with preschool teachers, conduct follow-ups, and analyze results to improve and develop the operations together with the work team. You should work actively to create an stimulating and developmental environment where the children are at the center. We place great emphasis on a language-developing approach. You are responsible for working together with other staff to ensure that the operations challenge the children towards activity, learning, and responsibility, all in accordance with the curriculum's intentions. In these positions, the preschool assistant primarily works targeted with individual children in need of extra support.

Qualifications

A preschool assistant education is required.

We are looking for you who want to help create a safe and educational environment for the children. You have good collaboration skills as well as pedagogical insight to meet each child's unique needs and potential.

Other Information

We have a need to fill four positions for the autumn term, where the employment rate varies from 50% to 100%.

The position is a fixed-term employment with an start date of 2026-08-01 until 2026-12-31.
