I am a man in my 30s looking for someone interested in working as my personal assistant. My absolute favorite interests are bowling and music. I thrive at my day activity center, enjoying good camaraderie and fun, developmental activities. Communication with me involves sign support and image communication as complements.

About you:

As my personal assistant, you should be a secure, responsible, and attentive person. I am looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to help make my daily life meaningful. You are cheerful, positive, tidy, and able to take initiative. You are flexible regarding working hours and tasks. We view it as a merit if you are trained as a nursing assistant or have other relevant experience, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability. You must have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Previous experience with sign support is an advantage; otherwise, you will learn it here with me.

You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

About the job: I am looking for one or two people who can work on an as-needed basis. Working hours are spread throughout the entire day, both weekdays and weekends. At night, you have on-call duty with rest periods at my home.

Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, Stockholm, and Umeå. Our goal is for our customers to live as independent a life as possible. We have collective agreements with Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances (OB), and other salary supplements apply according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year for full-time positions, workplace coffee, and other benefits.
