You will take on an important role in a social services operation where the need for qualified process supervision is clear. The focus is on providing professional development and psychosocial support to therapists who encounter vulnerable families and complex family situations. Through supervision, you help the team reflect on their professional role, group dynamics, and how theory can be integrated with practical experience.

This is process supervision, not method supervision. You create space for in-depth reflection on difficult cases, projections, emotional contagion, and parallel processes, while strengthening the therapists' professional stance in their meetings with families. This role suits you if you want to use your experience to provide secure and qualified support in an operation where your contribution makes a clear difference over time.

• You lead regular process supervision for two work teams: family therapists and youth coaches.
• You create a safe environment where therapists can process their own feelings and reactions that arise in meetings with vulnerable families.
• You facilitate reflection on professional roles, group dynamics, communication, and unspoken patterns within the work group.
• You guide through difficult cases and complex family situations with a focus on parallel processes, emotional contagion, and projections.
• You strengthen the team's professional approach in matters such as ethical dilemmas, confidentiality, and the boundary between professional duties and private engagement.
• You contribute to long-term quality assurance by supporting personal and professional development in the therapeutic work.

• You have an academic education as a family therapist, are a licensed psychotherapist with a 45 ECTS supervisor education, or have equivalent education with documented experience in family therapy.
• You have 2–5 years of experience in supervisory work.
• You have special competence in areas such as attachment, children's needs in adult communication and relationship conflicts, mental health issues, ADHD/Autism spectrum disorders (ASD), violence, honor-based violence, crime, and addiction.
• You have experience from at least 2 completed similar assignments during the last 3 years.
• You have personally been involved in the reference assignments you refer to.
