Personal Assistant for Man with Autism and ADHD

We are looking for a personal assistant for a 45-year-old man with autism, mild intellectual disability, and ADHD.
The role involves managing daily household chores. It is a plus if you are interested in technology, music, animals, and nature.
The assistance is provided using a practical-pedagogical approach. Education or experience in this area is preferred. We are looking for someone who is creative and pedagogical in thought and action.
Since the job requires the ability to reflect, it is important that you have inner security based on self-insight and self-awareness.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility and initiative, has good leadership skills, is straightforward and clear, and can speak up when necessary. You must be fluent in Swedish, have basic computer skills, and be a non-smoker.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is not a requirement, but is a big plus. Your personal qualities and the chemistry between you as the assistant and me are the most important factors.
The position involves 24-hour shifts with night on-call duties, 7 shifts per 4-week period, every other weekend.
