Summer and hourly substitutes sought for personal assistance in Ljusdal

Do you want a meaningful job this summer where you make a difference in another person's daily life? We are now looking for dedicated summer substitutes and hourly substitutes for our wonderful teams in Ljusdal and the surrounding area.

About the duties

As a personal assistant, you support our customers in their daily lives. The duties are varied and are entirely based on the customers' individual needs and life situations. You work in the customer's own home and in connection with activities.

The role includes, among other things:

• Support with personal care and hygiene.
• Household chores such as cooking, baking, and cleaning.
• Practical help with home and garden maintenance.
• Accompanying customers to leisure activities and walks.
• Care and handling of pets that may be present in the homes.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are responsible, self-assured, and have a genuine interest in working with people. Previous experience within healthcare, elderly care, or personal assistance is highly meritorious.

To thrive in the role, we see that you:

• Are sensitive, positive, and have good teamwork skills.
• Are structured but also flexible regarding changing circumstances.
• Have the ability to create a safe and pleasant environment around the customer.
• Hold a valid B driver's license (a requirement for most of our positions).

Working hours and scope

We are looking for staff for varying working hours every day of the week. The schedule may include day shifts, evening shifts, as well as 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duties. The positions are for summer substitute periods during June–August, with good opportunities for continued hourly employment in the autumn.
