I am a man in my 30s living in my own apartment in central Hudiksvall, and I am looking for a permanent assistant at approximately 85% capacity, with an introduction period starting in late July.

Due to my disability, I am looking for a personal assistant who can help me with all aspects of my daily life, including cooking, laundry, cleaning, and hygiene, as well as accompanying me to my daily activities and other events.

I want you to be social, pleasant, and enjoy music, as we will be spending a lot of time together. You should be able to take the initiative for activities to make my days meaningful. I require that you have a driver's license so you can drive my quad bike with me.

It is important that you speak and read Swedish, as you will help me communicate and need to read and write for work.

You should have good physical fitness, as you will assist me with transfers and exercise. There is a lift in the home, and I have a Permobil for outdoor use.

You will undergo an introduction as soon as possible with permanent staff. Mutual compatibility and your experience in managing a household are fundamental for working here. The schedule includes mixed day, evening, and night shifts, with on-call/waiting time for a few hours at night when you assist me as needed. Pets may be present.

The introduction takes place in November/December. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
