We are looking for YOU, over 40 years old, with a strong work ethic, life experience, empathy, positivity, flexibility, attentiveness, responsibility, patience, orderliness, and a service-oriented mindset. These are essential qualities for this job.

YOU must be interested and willing to learn how to communicate based on the user's needs.

YOU must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

YOU should feel comfortable working alone as well as collaborating with others.

YOU should have good physical fitness as lifting and transfers may occur, although assistive devices are available.

YOU must be a non-smoker.

YOU must have a driver's license and access to a car for commuting to and from work.

YOU cannot have allergies to pets, as there is a dog and sometimes a cat in the home.

YOU cannot have allergies to chlorine, as bathing is part of the routine.

The job involves YOU always being present where the user is.

Salary and overtime compensation according to current agreements. Individual salary setting applies.
