For the right person, we can offer a part-time scheduled position at several clients after a period as a temporary substitute.

Working as a personal assistant with us means becoming an important support in another person's life. We have clients with varying needs. Some wish for an assistant who is present in the background, while others need more comprehensive support in their daily lives. The work takes place both inside and outside the client's home.

To ensure you feel completely secure in your role, you will receive a thorough introduction tailored specifically to the client's needs.

Your responsibilities

Your focus is to support the client so that daily life flows as smoothly as possible, ranging from personal care to daily activities. The role also includes specific routines regarding the client's health and assistive devices.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability and the chemistry between you and the client.

We value that you are:

• Responsible and meticulous: You understand the importance of routines.

• Flexible regarding working hours: Since many of our clients have 24-hour shifts with waiting time, we would like you to be available to work all hours of the day. It is especially valuable to us if you are flexible and can step in with short notice, for example, if a colleague falls ill.

• Perceptive: You have the ability to read the client's needs, even when they are not expressed verbally.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience in personal assistance or other relevant experience working within healthcare

• Ability to work 24-hour shifts with waiting time

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

As a smaller company, we build close and long-term relationships, but we also have the security and resources of our larger parent company, Team Olivia. Many of our managers have personal experience as personal assistants, which gives them a deep understanding of the profession. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
