We are now looking for you who want to join us in continuing the development of our school social team! For just over a year, Hudiksvalls Municipality has established a school social team, which is a collaboration between the Education Administration and the Social and Care Administration. We are now seeking a staff member for this team.

Responsibilities

The school social team consists of personnel from both the school and social services who collaborate to promote safety, study environment, and increased school attendance. The team's target group is students in grades Pre-K to 6 in Hudiksvalls Municipality. By strengthening the conditions for a successful school career, the team helps prevent mental health issues and social problems such as crime, substance abuse, and social exclusion. The work involves close cooperation with various stakeholders. Together with professionals from the central student health service and social services, you will continue to build the operations and support students, guardians, and school units regarding safety, study environment, and school attendance.

Your Profile

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified social worker or hold another relevant degree at least at the bachelor's level.

You easily build good relationships with children, young people, their guardians, and colleagues. You enjoy working in teams and have a positive, solution-oriented, and constructive approach to your tasks. You strongly believe that everyone can succeed if given the right conditions. Additionally, you are structured and experienced in driving development and processes.
