We are looking for a personal assistant who is driven, has a heart for helping others, and enjoys working with children!

In this role, you will be a personal assistant to an 8-year-old girl with a chronic muscle disease. The job involves largely taking care of the various needs of a child with special requirements during school hours. You will ensure she can participate in all activities according to her abilities and handle all care duties, including feeding via gastrostomy. No prior experience with gastrostomy is required.

The work takes place during daytime, primarily at school. In case of illness where the child cannot attend school, working from home may become an option, subject to agreement with the family.

The child lives with her mother, father, and older sister in Hudiksvall.

Experience with children and knowledge of sign language support (stödtecken) is a plus. There will be opportunities to attend courses in sign language support, which we encourage you to participate in.

We are looking for one permanent employee for approximately 75% with the possibility of more hours according to agreement with the family. We are also looking for substitutes.

A valid B driving license is required.
