Saga Omsorg provides personal assistance in accordance with the Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). We work to safeguard the client's self-determination, good living conditions, and opportunities for freedom in everyday life, in collaboration with the personal assistant. We have a collective agreement and a permit to operate personal assistance from the Swedish Inspectorate of Care (IVO).

Are you a cheerful, secure, and calm person who enjoys working with children? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

A 5-year-old girl living with her mother and siblings needs active supervision around the clock. To prevent her from harming herself, you must be actively by her side, helping her with meals and everything that comes with a little girl's daily routine. You will accompany her to preschool, be with her there during the day, and then take her back home. You will be with her at home in the afternoons, evenings, and nights.

As she does not speak, you will need to learn to use sign language. Experience in this area is a plus. She needs someone who is calm, secure, and willing to play and engage with her.

About the position

We are looking for hourly substitutes, summer substitutes, and fixed-term positions. A driver's license is desirable to be able to drive the girl to/from preschool. There are pets in the home.

Requirements

A personal cover letter describing who you are is important. You must be able to read and write in Swedish, as documentation is carried out daily. We will review the applications and schedule a meeting with the family afterwards. Please note that you must order a certificate of good conduct from the Police Authority before employment can become a reality.
