Do you want to make a real difference? Become a coordinator in our Bob work (Children and Young People in Organized Crime) for young people at risk. Are you passionate about strengthening young people and their networks? Do you want to work preventively against crime together with engaged colleagues in a structured and collaboration-oriented manner? We are now looking for a project employee who wants to make a concrete difference for young people in our municipality, where we work based on both the Bob model and Signs of Safety, with a strong focus on involving the young person's own network. We are looking for you who have worked for a few years, master the case management area, and want to help others develop. We are also looking for you who are newer to the profession and long to develop together with experienced colleagues.

Within the Individual and Family Care department, a comprehensive implementation of Signs of Safety is currently underway, along with preparations for Future Social Services—a journey where we build on what works and continuously develop what is lacking. The Child and Youth Authority department has a new leadership structure to enable close and sustainable leadership, with four engaged and experienced unit managers for child and youth authority enforcement, each responsible for reception, investigation, placement, as well as foster homes and family law. On the investigation unit, we work based on psychological safety, shared learning, that everyone can lean on someone, and that no one stands alone in difficult matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coordinator, you will, together with the responsible social secretaries, work with young people who are in, or at risk of entering, crime. A central part of the assignment is to coordinate interventions by creating and following up on collaboration plans together with other professions and, not least, the young person's family and network. In our municipality, we actively work based on Signs of Safety, which means we place great importance on mobilizing and strengthening the people who are important in the young person's life. You will therefore have a key role in creating participation, trust, and shared responsibility around each young person. You will also become part of the local Bob work and contribute to developing collaboration between, for example, social services, schools, and the police.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interventions for individual young people within the Bob work
• Establish, lead, and follow up on collaboration plans
• Actively involve and work together with the young person's network according to Signs of Safety
• Collaborate with internal and external actors (e.g., social services, schools, police)
• Contribute to the development of local Bob work

The position is a fixed-term project position starting as agreed and initially runs until the turn of the year. If a state grant is approved, there are good opportunities for extension during 2027.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Have a relevant university education, e.g., in social work or behavioral science
• Have experience working with young people in vulnerable situations
• Have experience collaborating between different professions
• Are accustomed to working in a structured and process-oriented manner

It is meritorious if you have:

• A degree in Social Work (Social Worker)
• Experience in child and youth authority enforcement
• Experience with the Bob model or similar working methods
• Signs of Safety or other network-based change work

You are a person who sees opportunities and builds relationships. You are confident in collaborative roles, have a genuine commitment to young people, and believe in the power of working together with the individual's network. You are both independent and a team player who gets things done.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
