We are currently seeking substitutes and hourly employees for our operations, starting immediately. We are looking for you who are trained as a treatment pedagogue or social pedagogue, or have equivalent experience, and who want to work in a meaningful role where you make a difference in the daily lives of young people.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability – that you fit into the team and our operations, as well as your ability to work both independently and in a team.

The work involves 24-hour shifts with overnight on-call duties.

The role includes, among other things:

• Supporting young people in daily routines
• Conducting conversations and motivational work
• Documentation
• Collaboration with social services and other stakeholders
• Cooking and cleaning
• Participating in and planning excursions

A criminal record check will be requested.

Salary according to collective agreement.

About Us

Incola is a family-like home with 7 treatment beds located in a large standalone building just outside Järvsö. We receive girls and boys with emerging substance abuse issues and psychosocial problems between the ages of 13 and 18.

We offer young people qualified treatment that provides support, guidance, and the opportunity for a safe and well-functioning life. During their placement, young people are given the opportunity to develop a healthy attitude towards themselves, their families, and their wider networks. We strive to maintain high care quality and to make a real difference for the young people living with us.
