One of our valued assistants is starting their studies, and now we are looking for a new star to join our wonderful team!

Are you a cheerful, secure, and positive person who enjoys coming up with activities, laughing a lot, and making a real difference? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Albin is 13 years old and lives with his mom, dad, and older brother in Marmaverken.

He is a charming, wise, and talkative boy with a great sense of humor and a big heart. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to school, and coming up with fun activities. No day is the same as the other!

Albin needs help with most things in his daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be his arms, legs, and even his voice. You will be there to give him the opportunity to live as independent and active a life as possible.

As an assistant, you will help with, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Meals and communication
• Physiotherapy and exercise
• School and leisure activities
• Creating a safe, fun, and meaningful daily life

You will become an important part of both Albin's and the family's daily life, where togetherness, humor, and a positive attitude are highly valued.

We believe you are someone who is easy to laugh with, enjoys being yourself, and is secure, responsible, and reliable. You are also engaged and eager to develop in your role.

You must speak and write Swedish fluently and without difficulty. You must also be a non-smoker.

You do not need prior experience as a personal assistant. We place much greater emphasis on who you are as a person rather than what is on your CV. If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.

Working Hours

The position is approximately 80 %.

You will primarily work 24-hour day shifts with awake nights, both on weekdays and weekends. You will also accompany Albin to school. This usually amounts to 6–8 day shifts per month.

Since Albin lives in Marmaverken outside of Söderhamn, you must be able to commute to and from the workplace.

The family has both nut and fur allergies. Therefore, unfortunately, you cannot have your own pets.
