The client is a man in his 30s with multiple functional impairments. He needs help and support to varying degrees with all aspects of daily life, including personal hygiene, toilet visits, dressing and undressing, communication, exercise, and other needs that arise. The workplace is in his home or wherever he is located. He receives assistance 24/7, every day.

Your qualities:

As his assistant, you need to be grounded and show great respect for the client's and his family's privacy. You should be in good physical condition as you will assist the client with transfers. It is also important that you are responsible, sensitive to the client's varying needs, and possess the ability to create a meaningful and rich life for another person.
