OP Assistans is looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients in Ockelbo.

The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time. You will start here as an hourly substitute, and for the right person, there is an opportunity for a part-time rostered position. Some double assistance occurs, but for the majority of the shift, you will work alone with the client.

• Working hours: 08:00 - 08:00 with waiting time

The client is a young woman in her 20s living in her own apartment in Ockelbo. She is a young woman who wants to live an active life, spending time with friends, exercising, and doing fun things. This could involve horse riding, swimming, going to the cinema, or visiting the library. In her daily life, the client needs support with communication, social activities, personal care, and mobility.

The most important thing is that the chemistry between you and our client works well. We are looking for someone with sufficient physical capacity to handle an active workday. You need to be comfortable working in a workplace that requires flexibility and possess adequate social competence to thrive in social environments. We would like you to be a person who is attentive, solution-focused, and good at reading situations. In addition to this, there are some requirements to work with this client:

Requirements:

• You are a non-smoker

• You have experience in personal assistance

• You are fluent in Swedish, both in communication and comprehension

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience with low-affective handling (low-arousal approach)

• A B-driver's license and access to your own car

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.
