We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful young man in his 20s who needs round-the-clock support. Here you will have a job where days are filled with movement, experiences, and social interactions — and where you make a real difference every day.

About the assignment

You are a part of his daily life and accompany him to the activities and environments where he is. Some days are spent at day activities, where you, as an assistant, accompany and support him based on his needs. Your role is to create security, contribute to structure, and strengthen his self-determination, while also helping with the tasks needed to make daily life run smoothly.

Working hours

We offer flexible shifts based on need:

• 24-hour shifts or shorter shifts
• Night shifts include waiting time
• Extra shifts as needed, approx. 1–2 per month
