Do you want to work 24-hour shifts from 08:00 to 08:00 as a Personal Assistant in Hassela?

Are you my next assistant who wants to work up to 50% on a fixed schedule (permanent position) and become our next colleague? At Vår Omtanke, we are currently looking for a personal assistant to work with a man living in Hassela. It is also important that you can occasionally work short shifts of two hours. If you only want to work as a substitute, you are welcome to apply, but it is important to specify how much you can/want to work in your application. Given the short shifts, it is a significant advantage if you live in Hassela or nearby.

In this role, you will make a difference in another person's life and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life. Relatively close to where the man lives, we have more clients, so there is an opportunity to work with someone else if there is interest in this.

About the position We are currently looking for an assistant for a pleasant man and his friendly workgroup. You need to help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, etc., but there are also opportunities to sit down and talk and, for example, watch TV together.

Who are you?

We are looking for you, a woman or man, who takes initiative and has understanding. It is important that you enjoy working with people and can solve problems. This is not a job where you just take orders and execute them; you must take initiative and ensure that necessary tasks are completed.

We prefer applicants aged 24 and above.

You need to be proficient in Swedish to communicate with the client.

Working hours and employment rate:

We are looking for a person who can work up to full-time (50%), and we are also looking for hourly substitutes, including those who can/want to work part-time. The shifts are typically from 08:00 to 08:00 every day of the week.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are based on the collective agreement.
