Fokus Assistans is a nationwide assistance coordinator for people with disabilities. Our vision is that joy, security, quality, and participation should permeate our entire operation. This is achieved by always putting our clients' needs at the forefront. You who are applying should meet the following requirements to succeed in your role as a personal assistant:
- Relevant education for the job as a personal assistant (preferably a nursing assistant)
- Experience working as a personal assistant
- Non-smoker/snus user
- Be attentive, flexible, responsible, organized, and able to take initiative
- Be physically active, with good physical ability
- Good planning skills
- Feel comfortable working alone
- Last but not least, you should be genuinely interested in working closely with other people, understanding the significance and value of the personal assistant profession.
We are currently looking for a personal assistant to work part-time for a client.
The client is a 17-year-old girl with a significant disability that causes her great difficulties in daily life. Therefore, this places high demands on you as a personal assistant, as the client needs help with all basic needs.
