Being a personal assistant is a qualified and responsible job. It means that you need to be secure in yourself and responsive to others' needs. Self-determination, choice, integrity, and participation are the values of Kompis Assistans, and you are expected to work based on these principles.

Criminal Record

To work as a personal assistant with us, you must present an extract from the police criminal record - extract (442.3). It is important to note that the police processing time can take up to two weeks, so order your record extract as soon as possible. The extract will be requested at a potential interview.
