Description

We are now looking for a social educator or behavioral scientist for our school.

The position is a permanent full-time employment aimed at those who want to work long-term with students' social interactions, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes both promotional and preventive work as well as remedial measures related to students' social development and interactions. You have a central role in the school's health work and work closely with principals, health teams, educational staff, and guardians.

The work requires a good ability to analyze students' needs and to propose and implement relevant measures at the organizational, group, and individual levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Work proactively and preventively to strengthen students' social interactions and safety
• Implement remedial measures for students in need of special support
• Actively participate in the school's health work
• Collaborate closely with principals, health staff, educators, and guardians
• Contribute with analysis, documentation, and follow-up of measures

Qualifications

• Education as a social educator, social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Documented experience of similar work is a requirement
• Good ability to analyze student needs and translate these into concrete actions
• Able to work both independently and in a team
