We are looking for someone who wants to work to spread safety and joy together with children and educators. You are preferably a trained childcare worker and/or have experience working in preschool, and you have a strong commitment and joy in your work.

You easily create good contacts with children, guardians, and educators. You want to contribute to creating a good educational environment for play, teaching, development, and learning.

Job Description for Substitute Position

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra at Norlandia Preschools in Gävle.

You will perform the usual tasks at the preschool. It is important that you can be flexible as needs may arise at short notice. We place high demands on good communication to ensure that important information is conveyed correctly. Together with the work teams, you contribute to teaching and support educators in their daily work. You meet everyday life with joy and drive. You enjoy conducting teaching both outdoors and indoors.

We place great emphasis on competence, sense of responsibility, respectful attitude, and engagement.

Qualifications and Personal Characteristics

• Work experience is an advantage

• Childcare education is an advantage

• Good communication skills are a requirement

Additional Information

• Employment type: Substitute employment as needed during illness and vacation

• Extent: Varying

• Working hours: Daytime, scheduled between 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Start date: Immediately

A background check is required upon employment.

Salary according to agreement and we have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
