We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and confident in themselves You have a genuine interest in working with people, are reliable, and understand the importance of integrity and professional conduct. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Flexibility regarding working hours is an advantage Many of our clients require assistance at all hours of the day. Work shifts may be scheduled during days with waiting time, evenings, and awake nights. Both weekdays and weekends.

We would like you to start your introduction as soon as possible. There are good opportunities to continue as a substitute after the summer.

In case of employment A requirement for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID. Due to the fact that the position may involve solitary work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

OP Assistans offers safe and respectful personal assistance. We build close and long-term relationships as a smaller company, but at the same time have the security and resources from our larger group, Team Olivia. Many of our managers have personal experience as personal assistants, which provides a deep understanding of the profession. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Care Companies.
