About the job

We are looking for empathetic, responsible, and dedicated personal assistants for a woman in Gnarp. The woman lives with a significant physical disability due to an acquired injury. 

The woman lives with her husband and requires continuous active assistance, including monitoring of values, breathing, and general health status. 

The client determines her daily life and routines as much as possible, which is an important part of the assignment. The client and her family are active Christians, and the home is characterized by respect, calmness, and a well-mannered language. 

It is important that you as an assistant can work calmly and methodically as the client is very sensitive to sounds, light, and strong odors. Therefore, you should not use strong perfumes, tobacco, or other products that may worsen the client's condition. 

Out of respect for the client's integrity, female employees are preferred for this assignment. 

About the client

The client is a creative person with a great interest in crafts, music, and creation. She has a customized hobby room where she creates everything from interior design to jewelry. 

Job responsibilities 

Double assistance around the clock. 

The job responsibilities include, among other things: 

- Support with basic needs and transfers. 

- Active supervision focusing on condition, values, and breathing. 

- Handling of assistive devices.

- Light household tasks. 

- Support with daily activities and social engagements. 

- Creative activities such as crafts and music. 

- Following the client's routines and daily condition. 

Important to know:

- The home is pet-free due to severe pet allergies; if you have pets, you must be able to follow strict hygiene routines. 

- A driver's license is an advantage (sometimes driving the client's car may be included). 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone who: 

- Is confident in themselves and shows integrity. 

- Has good physical condition and can assist with transfers. 

- Is responsible, attentive, and flexible. 

- Respects the client's need for self-determination. 

- Is a trained nursing assistant, has experience in care, or a strong interest in learning. 

Employment form

Hourly as needed with a chance to get a fixed schedule.
