About the Job

As a driving instructor with us, you will teach adult participants both theory and practice in heavy traffic. You will play a central role in providing participants with the right knowledge to meet the needs of the labor market, while also contributing to traffic safety and professional skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching in heavy traffic (C, CE).
• Teach both in the classroom and in vehicles.
• Support and motivate participants in their development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Educate in various continuing education areas, such as YKB.
• In some cases, also work as an educational leader and ensure quality requirements.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is an approved driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency with qualifications in C, CE. You have a genuine interest in sharing your professional knowledge, are pedagogical, solution-oriented, and want to see others succeed.

This is Important for the Role

• Approved driving instructor in C/CE.
• Ability to teach both practically and theoretically.
• Pedagogical ability and interest in teaching.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It’s a Plus If You Also Have

• YKB training competence.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring.
• Experience as an educational leader.
• Industry network or previous collaboration with transport companies.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. Start date is according to agreement.
