Psychiatric Reception is Hiring a Health and Medical Care Curator

The Psychiatric Reception is responsible for conducting efforts in open psychiatric specialist care that promote health and enhance quality of life. The organization actively works to provide a good reception, high availability, and demonstrate good results. The psychiatric reception service in northern Hälsingland has a joint reception in Hudiksvall.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a team consisting of doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, social workers, caregivers, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. The work is done in collaboration with other units such as inpatient care, acute teams, and SPOT teams (specialist psychiatric care teams) as well as in cooperation with other public services and healthcare partners. You will have significant responsibility for external collaboration and coordination and will also support other providers in cases requiring explicit external collaboration and coordination.

As a health and medical care curator with us, you will work with:

• suicide prevention conversations
• support conversations with a particular focus on anxiety and depression treatment for patients requiring coordinated efforts and extensive collaboration with other authorities and healthcare partners
• independently initiating, organizing, and assisting with SIP
• independently performing social assessments, investigations, and mapping
• assisting with investigations and assessments in the diagnostic process
• development work within the organization.

In the role of health and medical care curator, you should:

• be a licensed health and medical care curator.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have a basic education in psychotherapy and experience in specialist psychiatry.
