Staffing Planner at Humaniora Care and Support

Humaniora Care and Support is the municipal provider of elderly care and support for people with disabilities.

Our mission is to provide quality support and care based on decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) or the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) from caseworkers in the authority's department.

About the position

We are developing the staffing organization within Humaniora Care and Support in Solna City, which means we are now looking for an additional staffing planner. We have recently started working in a staffing system called TimeCare with the provider RLDatix, which means we are in a startup phase across all our operations. Your tasks will include being responsible for staffing planning at Hallen Senior Center together with managers and employees. You will also be responsible for the TimeCare system and share the main administrator's responsibilities with the current staffing planner.

Who are we looking for?

You have:

• high school education
• experience working with scheduling and staffing.
• good system knowledge in staffing systems as well as in Word and Excel
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

• education in care and support, for example, nursing assistant, support assistant, or equivalent, or coordinator.
• experience in driving projects and change management
• experience in hiring temporary staff, administrative skills with good logistical planning and computer skills
• worked in systems such as Heroma, TimeCare, and/or Medvind
• experience in scheduling and staffing based on the needs of care and support operations.

You are interested in learning more about the legal framework surrounding scheduling, staffing, and personnel issues related to working hours.

You have good pedagogical maturity and can share your knowledge with others effectively. As a person, you are meticulous, have a holistic view, and are innovative. You generally feel a commitment and curiosity in your work and the tasks you undertake. We place great importance on personal suitability.
