We are now looking for you who want to work extra as a companion and relief worker. Working as a companion/relief worker can be combined with studies or other main occupations as the working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends by agreement.

What does the position entail?

Our client is a man in his 60s with PSP disease. He has interests such as fishing, boats, hunting, cooking, growing vegetables, and baking, so if you share these interests, it is a big plus!

As a companion and relief worker, your main task is to accompany the client on activities according to their wishes and to relieve family members at home to give them space to rest and recover or run errands.

We can offer you a part-time position of 24 hours per month (half as a companion and half as a relief worker). There are no scheduled working hours, but the hours are arranged by agreement during evenings and weekends.

About you -

We are looking for someone who has an interest in working with other people and wants to be a support in the client's daily life. You should be calm and stable as a person. There will also be physical transfers, so you should be strong and healthy. Great emphasis is placed on personal chemistry where approachability, flexibility, and care are important qualities.

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% vacation pay and OB compensation will be added. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
