We are now looking for substitute childcare workers for the internal substitute pool at Förskolan Närdaghemmet. The preschool is idyllically located in the quiet residential area of Svartbäcken. Närdaghemmet is a parent-driven preschool where we have 26 children aged 1-6 years.

As a substitute with us, you will replace regular staff as needed. You will have daily contact with the children and their guardians, as well as collaborate with other educators in the organization. You will play an important role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children, where their development and well-being are the focus.

We prefer that you have relevant education or experience in childcare, but it is not a requirement. More important is your ability to build good relationships with both children and adults, as well as being a responsible and flexible employee with good social skills and an ease of collaboration. You need to have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with children.
