We are looking for experienced assistants who have experience working with low affective responses, autism, and visual support.

About the Client: 

A cheerful and active boy who enjoys going for walks, cycling, swimming, and engaging in active activities. He also has a great interest in video games, playing games, and technology gadgets. 

Personal Qualities and Experience:

We are looking for someone who is calm, has a strong work ethic, is responsible, active, and engaged.

It is advantageous if you have experience working with low affective responses, managing epileptic seizures, and are solution-focused and creative.

Communication is very important, so you need to speak fluent Swedish.

Since the client chooses their assistants, we will place great emphasis on personality.

About the Employment: 

The work is scheduled for days, evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work according to a fixed schedule but may also be called in at short notice in case of illness.

You will be part of a safe, loyal, and present staff group. 

You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You will receive an introduction and training with the client to ensure routines and safety between you and the client.

A background check will be conducted before employment can begin, so it is good if you have a current background check ready.
