Qualifications

Kåbo Ängars Preschool is looking for a positive, committed, educated childcare worker with experience working in preschool. You are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents and are engaged in pedagogical discussions. You are goal-oriented in your work to implement the preschool's curriculum goals in practice, and you are well-versed in documenting children's learning processes.

Experience with TAKK and Unikum is an advantage.

Kåbo Ängars Preschool is located in the city center, close to Stadsskogen, the Botanical Garden, and Kronåsen. In addition to our yard, we are just a few steps away from the restored Battery Park (Dinosaur Park).

Inside, you will find bright and spacious premises, where we create inspiring and exploratory educational environments based on children's interests, curiosity, conditions, and needs. Our environments are changeable with the aim of inspiring children in their play and learning.

At Kåbo Ängars Preschool, we use the documentation tool Unikum.

Your responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the educational training as a childcare worker. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on the teaching according to established goals and guidelines. You contribute to establishing the values work and creating an environment where everyone feels included. You document the individual child's development and group processes in the documentation tool Unikum.

• Participation and closeness in decision-making.
• The principal works partially in the children's group, with close contact with staff at the preschool.

This position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of the first 6 months. Start date according to agreement. The selection process will begin shortly, and interviews will be conducted continuously.
