We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a client in Uppsala. The client is a cheerful woman in her 40s who lives in her own apartment. During weekdays, she attends a daily activity program, and in her free time, she enjoys going for walks, swimming, riding, and doing exercises at rehabilitation. She also loves to be at home, crafting, listening to music, and beautifying herself with makeup and accessories.

The client's disability is a CP injury with developmental delay. She communicates with her own sounds, visual schedules, and uses body language to convey her needs to you as an assistant. She has many aids and training equipment in her home that she uses daily for her health.

When you work as a personal assistant with our client, it is important that you have patience and follow daily routines. She needs your help with meals, hygiene, medication, and her daily activities. With humor, playfulness, respect, and security, you build trust with this young woman.

You will be offered friendly colleagues and a client who appreciates her assistants. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's needs and routines.

We are looking for personal assistants who prioritize the client's needs. You should be attentive, patient, and have a humorous childlike spirit. You should be willing to work as an assistant for our client in the long term and develop a good relationship.

We would like you to have a few years of work experience, preferably in assistance. If you are a horse girl, that is a plus. Being comfortable with swimming is a must.

You need to be flexible regarding working hours as the team covers for each other during illness and vacation. We help each other for the client's best. Working hours are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. Collective agreement and salary according to agreement. Wellness benefits are included.
