Job Description

As a conversation therapist, you have overall responsibility for coordinating client cases. This responsibility includes continuous contact with clients, planning treatment content, conducting group and individual sessions daily, documentation, and more. You will be part of a treatment team that plans, implements, evaluates, and develops treatment for clients together.

In addition to your main tasks as a therapist, you are expected to contribute and participate in other activities taking place at the treatment center.

We are looking for someone who

You are an educated social worker, behavioral scientist, or have another equivalent academic education assessed by us with a behavioral science focus. You are trained in CBT, preferably level 1.

Training in MI, trauma, milieu therapy, and other methods approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding comorbidity is meritorious. Experience working with addiction, psychiatry, and comorbidity is desirable.

As a person, you are confident in your experience and competence, always professional, and have a strong client focus. Engagement and the desire to be involved in developing the organization are important parts for you to thrive. You actively contribute to creating conditions for everyone to be warmly and respectfully met, and the understanding that people have more in common than what separates them is evident in your actions. The work demands high flexibility and a lack of prestige as we want to create a warm and friendly environment for our clients.

A driver's license and access to your own car are prerequisites for the job.
