About the job. I am a 10-year-old boy looking for a new personal assistant for the night. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of life. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily routine.

The job involves being awake throughout the night and being available as needed. You are responsible for creating a calm, safe, and stable environment and ensuring that the night goes smoothly.

Who are you? I am looking for someone who is attentive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and can easily adapt to different situations. Experience in care work or support services is an advantage, but the most important thing is your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and care.

• You are thorough and have good judgment.

• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.

• You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• It is an advantage if you have experience working with youth. I need help with suctioning and can manage the feeding pump for the PEG tube and lift. The most important thing is that you are someone who can see me as a whole and plan and structure my daily life independently. You should view the job as long-term, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is important for communication and documentation.

If you have a nursing assistant education, that is a big plus, but the most important thing is that you are confident, attentive, and want to be a part of my daily life.

About the employment

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Awake night, according to schedule or agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement. Working hours: Active assistance around the clock divided into day, evening, and night according to an adjusted schedule. You will receive introduction and training in the role of personal assistant.
