ABOUT THE POSITION

Do you want to make a positive difference in people's lives? We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant in Sala, Heby, and/or Västerås and surrounding areas.

Summer is approaching, and we at Kura Omsorg are looking for engaged summer substitutes for several of our clients. Our clients have varying needs and are looking for personal assistants who can provide support and create security when regular staff are on vacation.

If you have the opportunity to start earlier as a temporary worker, or wish to continue working as a temporary worker after the summer, we see that as a great plus.

Working hours can occur at any hour of the day, weekdays and weekends. Employment level and the length of the assignment may also vary. Start date will be agreed upon.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

As a personal assistant, you help our clients around Sala, Heby, and/or Västerås with their daily routines, personal care, and activities. You are an important part of their everyday life, and your work contributes to their ability to live an independent and active life. All our clients are different, with varying needs and wishes.

Tasks that may occur:

• Daily routines and household chores

• Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing

• Transfers

• Support during meal situations

• Accompanying during activities and outings

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Are interested in working as a summer substitute.

• Are attentive and have a genuine interest in working with people.

• Have the ability to work independently and take responsibility.

• Have experience in personal assistance (preferable but not required).

The positions are primarily located in Sala, Heby, and/or Västerås and surrounding areas, but assignments in nearby areas may also be relevant. If you have the ability to travel a short distance, we would appreciate it if you inform us about this. We also view positively if you are open to working with several of our clients. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. Due to the fact that the position may involve solitary work, night work, and tasks that according to the Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
